Newly renovated FOR 2020 VACATION SEASON! No steps, walk to lake!

This is our second time here. Just love this place! So relaxing and beautiful. Conveniently located. Best part is we can bring our dogs and they can swim. Just love it! We will be back again. Thanks Jen for letting us use your beautiful home!

Very nice, quiet house perfect for a slow paced couples weekend. Beautiful view right on the lake.

This is a lovely cottage, clean and comfortable. The lake is just out the back door and we were able to watch the sun rise each morning. The yard was a nice size to take our dog out in and she was comfortable in the house. It is well stocked, but there was no hairdryer, so bring one with you if you need it. The beds are very soft but the blankets and sheets provided were very nice.

Septic vent sending bad smells into the house, on both days. Only 4 of us there, shouldnt overwhelm a listing that states it sleeps 7. That is overstated, however, as only four were in two bedrooms. Not comfortable beds. Dusty and cobwebs all over. Street sounds obliterate lake sounds, so it isnt serene. I can tell they are DIYing a little getaway, but it doesnt suit for hosting. I went from room to room, in succession over only two minutes to change all 3 units to heater mode and still get multiple messages from host, even though I did it correctly. Not returning. Don't recommend. Ran out of Toilet paper, toiletries, no bottled water...2 pods for the Keurig? Feels like an inexperienced host.

The cottage was right on the lake, very nice, clean, and open. The covered porch was a plus. Family and pet friendly. Close to Geneva, Penn Yan, and Watkins Glen. Wegmans in Geneva for groceries. Good food nearby...Smokin' Petes BBQ and Ports Cafe were favorites. Excellent wineries as well. The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating.

We had a great time and had everything we needed! Jennifer was very communicative and made our stay easy and comfortable. The view and vibe of this cottage is great! The sunrises, sunsets, and listening to the waves made this stay even better. Thank you!

This cottage was perfect for our family when we visited the area to attend a wedding. The location was fabulous and it couldn’t be closer to the lake. The weather wasn’t on our side at the beginning but eventually the sun came out and we could drop our kayaks in the beautiful lake. Inside the cottage has everything you could need and was very clean and comfortable.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend, enjoying the lake and hitting some local wineries. It’s in an awesome location and was just the perfect waterfront spot for a short trip!
