This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was well appointed, clearly well cared for, and easy to access. I’m not sure about handicap access, but it wasn’t relevant. We enjoyed our stay, the host was very knowledgeable and kind. They have created a wonderful small space with a spectacular view of the Hudson River. Kingston turns out to be quite a happening place.

Our stay was perfect. Beth and Chris have the place set up beautifully with everything you could possibly need for a great getaway. We loved walking into town, exploring by car, and even taking a river trip down the Hudson. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic experience at this beautifully designed VRBO in Kingston, NY. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the hosts had thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The space was stylish and welcoming, blending modern design with cozy touches that made it feel like home. One of the biggest highlights for us was how dog-friendly the property was. It can be hard to find places that truly accommodate pets, but this one went above and beyond—from the provided dog bowls and treats to the fenced outdoor space that made it easy for our pup to relax right along with us.The location couldn’t have been better—tucked in a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Whether we were exploring downtown Kingston or enjoying a quiet morning on the patio, everything about the stay felt easy and well thought out. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly getaway with hosts who really care about their guests’ experience.

This was a really peaceful spot to have a few day couple's retreat. Chris and Beth had the place set up perfectly. Very clean and organized with just the right amount of things needed to be able to make coffee, tea, and warm up food. The decor is really fun and gives this spot a nice vibe. The views of the water are really special and we found so many things walkable. In fact we walked almost everywhere. We would come back in a heartbeat so we could visit the Maritime Museum and do more touristy things. The spot made getting away very easy and stress-free.
