Home to Cornell University, Ithaca College, many wineries and a rich culture, Ithaca is a great town to visit!brbrWe have plenty of room for parking (another bonus)! Can fit 5 cars pretty easily. Public transportation does not make its way up the lake. But you an always walk down the railroad tracks 2 miles right into town. Or, you can paddle your way to the Ithaca Farmer's Market, to Stewart Park, Cass Park or Allan Treman State Park.

With lots of windows and sun exposure, comfortable common space and a big back deck and yard, the house is very conducive to quality time with family and friends.brbrIt's 7 minutes or less to Cornell University , Ithaca College, downtown Ithaca, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, and many trailheads, and swimming holes. Wine country surrounds Ithaca, as do hundreds of miles of trails; our house is at the heart of the Finger Lakes!brbrThere are three bedrooms and a fourth lofted bedroom. There is a fifth sleeping area that, each evening, can be converted from a living room to a bedroom with French doors., In total, the house can sleep 8. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The two acre neighborhood park, just beyond the hedgerow, has a large field and playground, great for kids! With the park as your neighbor, and a large backyard, you will have the feeling that you are in the middle of nature when sitting on the back deck barbecuing or enjoying an evening glass of wine.
