This rustic country home embodies traditional Hamptons cottage charm, but has all modern technology and amenities. The cottage is bright and sunny with high ceilings and a strong attention to detail. Features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower. The master bedroom features sliding glass doors that leads to an expansive wood deck where you can enjoy relaxing time outdoors. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including oven/gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen beautifully flows into the dining room, perfect for entertaining. The living room has a large TV with Apple TV. There is also high-speed wireless internet. Ductless air units in each bedroom, kitchen and living room for air conditioning (in addition to a ceiling fan). brbrAll linens are provided, including beach towels. There are beach chairs as well. There is a laundry closet on the main level. The property is situated on a full acre of property, and the large yard is fully fenced in for pets and kids with outdoor seating, hammock, fire pit and a gas grill. brbrWe are just a short bike ride to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, the closest access being at the end of Egypt Lane, just two miles from the house.
