Stayed May 26, 2023We had a group of friends stay here over Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect house! The location was amazing. It is a 5 min walk from the train station and downtown East Hampton so if you're coming from the city, no need for a car. The house set up is great and was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities, laundry, pool/beach towels, etc. The pool is in direct sun for the majority of the day and the outdoor grill set up was so nice and easy to use. Morgan was so accommodating and accessible and such a responsive host - we would 100% stay here again!

Stayed Sep 5, 2022Very nice home in a great location in East Hampton village. Easy walk to village shopping and restaurants. About a mile to the ocean beaches which we walked and biked to each day. Great yard with pool and firepit. Could use a little paint and deep cleaning but we loved our stay here and would recommend highly. Morgan was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process of booking and during our stay as well.

Stayed Oct 1, 2021Bedroom w twin bed wasn't what we expected, we had to buy extra toilet paper as each bathroom had less than half a roll each. Overall, it was a fantastic home and we loved our stay! Would definitrly recommend! Owner was great!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Excellent location! Very close to beach and town. The house was just as pictured and very clean. Morgan was a great host!

Stayed Jun 3, 2021My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway from the city and I don't think we could have found a better house for what we were looking for! We loved the location- the house is walking distance to the village, the farmers market, and the beaches, which is key if you don't have a beach pass. At the same time, the street itself is quiet and it's easy to forget how close you are to the action, which, for us, was the best of both worlds. The house has everything you could need - a great pool (which gets both shade and sunlight throughout the day), strong WiFi, and a well-stocked kitchen. Morgan was an excellent host and fast to respond. We are grateful that he shared his home with us.
