Our home is conveniently located within 9 minutes to Bristol Mountain, 12 minutes to Honeoye Lake, and 20 minutes to Canandaigua Lake. The area is also convenient to many wineries, breweries, and parks. brbrThere are stairs that lead to the front door. You will have access to the main floor and upstairs area. It includes a full kitchen, great room, dining area, laundry room, three bedrooms (two king and one queen bed), a loft area with queen size pullout, and two full baths. All furnishings and kitchenware are brand new. The basement and garage will be locked and not accessible. There are also locked cabinets in each closet. brbrThe hot tub is new with seven-person seating capacity. It has colored led lighting and a waterfall feature. It is serviced weekly, and the service people may visit briefly during your stay. They typically do not stay long and will be visiting during regular business hours. Please do not bring any glassware into or by the hot tub area. brbrThe homes mechanics: brbrThere is a ring doorbell camera and coded access entry. No other cameras are onsite. brbrIt is on well water and has a full Aqua Source water filtration system installed including a water softener. We were informed the water quality is filtered better than local municipalities and is safe for drinking. brbrIt has zoned heating, with central air controls for the main living area and heat pump controls for the master suite. brbrThe available Wi-Fi is fiber optic. brbrThe land:brbrA map of the land is posted onsite for your reference. While there, you will see deer along with other local wildlife and many bird species. Clear nights provide beautiful stargazing. brbrThe fire pit area is located on an old cabin foundation incorporated into the final professional landscape design. There may be some firewood stacked for usage. You may use any firewood there and you are also free to collect and burn downed tree limbs. Do not cut or remove any attached tree limbs. No fire starters are provided, you will need to gather and start fire with found kindling. brbrThe land that it is located on is unique in that it is an old girl scout camp. There is an old intact cabin and old cabin/camp ruins around the property. The cabin can be viewed from the outside, but do not enter as it is not structurally sound. The acreage has old trails and ruins from the original camp; however, these are not maintained. You may hike property at your own risk. Please stay at least seven feet from creek beds and sloped areas. brbrWe have deterrents in place for unwanted critters. Please help by not leaving any food outside as this could attract raccoons, bears, etc. Clean up food timely inside to avoid attracting mice or ants. brbrWhat’s included:brbrFresh linens, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, two dish washer cleaner pods, two washer pods, toilet paper, garbage bags, and a roll of paper towels. If you decide to go ten to fifteen minutes away, we love the artsy village of Naples! We are the top level condo and you can see for miles! This what we love to do. I dare you to find a shooting star! This easy-living layout has a large eating and living area allowing for conversation to flow along with two TV areas. The summer here is obvious. What we enjoy most about being half way down the lake is that the lake traffic is less. However, if you want the hustle and bustle just take your boat down to the top of the lake and tie it off at Inn by the Lake to have dinner or a drink. You can always just float by the beach and when you get hot jump in to cool off or go water skiing!brThere is so much to do you will never want to go home, at least that is what we have found! Bristol Mountain, where you will find wonderful snowboarding, downhill skiing and snow shoeing!brbrThere is nothing like hiking the State parks in the fall. There are so many choices around the Finger Lakes and many of them include grand waterfalls. There are also other adventures to tackle such as the zip line courses or the water park. We have become famous for our wine trails but the cheese and beer trails are also making their mark.
