Condo and private boathouse on tranquil bay with marina access

We had a pleasant stay in Alex Bay at this property. The property had everything we needed. You could walk into town. The sleeping quarters were a little cozy.

Great communication, VERY clean, close to town. Boat garage a big plus! Kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the area. The boathouse was extremely convenient for storing our boat, and with the perfect weather, we were able to spend almost every day out on the water. The location was ideal—just a short walk to downtown Alexandria Bay, which made exploring the shops and restaurants very easy. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay on the harbor. The condo was perfect size for family of 4 and was comfortable and clean.

The place was amazing and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect! We had a fantastic time here boating, sightseeing, and chilling at the house. Communication was great with the host. Definitely a great time and place to be if you enjoy the water.

We had a great time with our extended family! Great communication, great view, great boat access to the water! My favorite feature may have just been the washer and dryer! Save me from laundry when I got home. Thank you for the great place to be during our Alex Bay trip!

Everything was perfect from check in to checkout. Place was spotless very clean has everything you need and then some. Very quite area. Having the boat house was super convenient. Marina across the way made launching super easy. Highly recommend this place and if i take another trip would stay here again. Host responds very quick to my questions. Overall a 10 out of 10.

Me and my friends come up to the area for our annual trip. We had a good time and really enjoyed the place which smelled good from the time we hit the door and was very clean. Definitely would consider staying here again. The boathouse was a plus considering it rained at times. Access to marina was easy; however there is an additional cost by the marina for boat trailer storage and launching boat.

Property was in great shape. Boat access was AWESOME! Fishing was excellent and the local town had a few good restaurants in it. Woild love to stay again. Great communication with the owners as well. Thanks!!

Wow....what a beautiful place. Absolutely going back in the spring for some more fishing on the St. Lawrence. No truck and trailer to deal with, just dock the boat in the garage and head upstairs for extremely comfortable and well stocked living. Easily a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Thank you Diane, you are a gracious host. I will be reaching out again when my spring trip is scheduled. You made 4 veterans happy old fellas. Mike

Very nice townhouse located on the water close to town of Alexandria Bay. Close that one could walk into town. Great view overlooking the water from the deck. Kitchen well equipped with utensils. Beds very comfortable. Perfect place for couples or even families.

We always have a great time at 1000 islands. The convenience of having the boat house under the townhouse is the best part. 4 year in a row at the villas and will be many more to come.

Property was spotless...great place!

Just a small group of family, accommodations were just as they were described. Very clean, thank goodness for the central air because it was hot and it was so comfortable inside. We had a great stay would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect for our family vacation. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Loved being able to dock our boat under living quarters. Our family can’t wait to stay here again!
