With 5 BRs and a bunkroom this home sleeps 16. Perfect for multi-gen families and groups of friends to get away together. The garage was converted into an enormous 1600 sf’ game room to entertain through the seasons. brbrIn our opinion this house is one of the most unique properties you will find in the area. The multiple open spaces offer room to spread out yet plenty of cozy seating to spend quality time together. brSitting in front of the gas fireplace is a restful spot on cold winter nights or after a fun day of skiing. During the warmer seasons spend time on the back patio with a grill and a back yard with outdoor games and a fire pit. brThe Firehouse’s amazing game room, converting the oversized garage area to include large dinning room with a wet bar, fully equipped with full fridge, ice maker and sink for easy clean up. Games include a pool table, table top shuffleboard, ping pong, skee-ball and more. brLet the chef of the group prepare a nice home cooked meal with a fully functioning kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils provided for you. Kitchen is on the first floor along with a bedroom with a queen bed. The upstairs space has six twin beds and a full bath in the loft. Next is a large common space including a sitting area with lots of board games, and a living area with a large smart TV. Two additional bedrooms are through the loft with a queen bed in each. Two more bedrooms with queen beds located in the newly finished Basement . Finally, hike through the back of the property to the Mad River (adventures types only please).

Unwind in this private White Mountain retreat located on over 5 acres just minutes off I-93. Roughly 5 minutes to Owl’s Nest, 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 minutes to Loon and Ice Castles, the home is a great launchpad to activities during any season - skiing (sledding right on site!), hiking, swimming, golfing, leaf peeping. Guests of the farmhouse have access to the White Mountain Athletic Club for a daily fee (indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, tennis, cardio/weights). brbr**Owner's unit, with separate entry and driveway, is attached by one shared wall. brbrThe home itself opens into a generously sized entryway with a coat closet and plenty of space to store coats, shoes and gear. One full bathroom is located off the entryway, and is just down the stairs from two of the bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two twins. Exiting the entryway and moving past the staircase to the upstairs bedrooms you’ll find the flexible living/dining/kitchen area, with the kitchen located along the back wall of that room. French doors separate the dining/living/kitchen area from the main living room, so that space could be used as a flexible fourth bedroom if needed. Off the living area is another full bathroom that also connects to the main level bedroom. There is a large deck off the back of the home, as well as a large fenced in lawn area, for outdoor living during warmer months. There is also a cedar shingled chicken coop (not in use) which helps to provide a rustic farm-like ambiance.
