Luxury hillside house with a picturesque mountain view

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and extremely clean. We really enjoyed all the amenities, especially the sauna after skiing! The host responded promptly when we had an issue with our code and quickly figured out the problem. I would highly recommend staying here, we definitely will be coming back!

Big Beautiful home! This was our second time staying-three families traveling together for a ski weekend at Waterville. We love the beautiful views, fully equipped kitchen, and sauna. Great communication with host. Everything is so easy and inviting. Can’t wait to do it again!

Our stay was wonderful. The views were fantastic. The house had more than what we needed. The pool and ping pong tables were fun but need new accessories. It snowed while we were there and the driveway is steep so it would have been nice to have a little sand. Also we had to shovel the steps when we arrived.

House was very clean and host was always accessible. Amenities were exceptional. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was big and bright with the best mountain views!

A beautiful home with breathtaking views! The bedrooms are extra spacious with very comfortable beds. Yakov is so accommodating and responsive. The kitchen is lovely and equipped with anything you could ever need. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back again!

Absolutely breathtaking views and plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the property and the area. We were able to cook with every imaginable kitchen utensil! PERFECT

House was great. Nice location, beautiful view and lots to do for everyone at the house. Game room was filled with lots of games. All the rooms including the bedrooms were spacious. Went to Thornton for a baby shower for my niece, the house was big enough for all 7 of us and more. The host has more extras in the house than most of the VRBO homes or condos I have rented in the past. The laundry room had extra bed sheets and towels, pantry had extra toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen had cabinets that had random items in them, coffee, sugar, condiments etc. Can't say enough about this house and host. Will definately stay again.

Beautiful home for our extended family to gather for my sons wedding. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Teens and young adults enjoyed the basement with pool table and ping pong. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds- in fact 3 family members took note of the mattresses to buy for their own homes. :-)

OUTSTANDING!! We came for a church staff retreat that was fantastic. The quiet, picturesque setting and spacious, five bedroom home allowed our five team members to relax and enjoy a refreshing time away.

We were thrilled to be able to all gather for a family wedding at this beautiful home. Communication with the owner, Yakov, was easy, and he was very responsive. For example, the code to enter was not working upon our arrival. Yakov immediately answered my text and remedied the issue. The home was immaculate and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need (note: traditional coffee maker and a french press, no Kuerig) The bedrooms were large and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was lovely and perfect for our group. The views were amazing. We had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to stay there again!
