Although in a protected setting, this home offers quick and easy access by boat to the broader part of Lake Winnipesaukee. It’s not uncommon to hear Loon’s calling in the evening as you overlook the cove and the Ossipee Mountain Range in the distance. brbrThis home is the builder’s own and is nothing short of a labor of love, completely renovated inside and out with the finest quality materials and finishes, as well as Central Air Conditioning. The main floor offers an open concept with a generous chef’s kitchen, living room and dining area, all with gorgeous lake views. The primary bedroom is also on the first floor with a beautiful en-suite bathroom. There is a screened sunroom which can be accessed from the dining room or from the primary bedroom.
