Welcome! Our spacious and 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is centrally located within walking distance to just about everything Lincoln has to offer. Steps away from a popular plaza with restaurants and shopping, and directly across from South Peak, you’ll have entertainment and the best of the White Mountains right at your fingertips. Do you work hard to play hard? Booking also includes a day pass to Linc-In Shared Workspace, located below the unit.brbrThe apartment is on the second floor, with an exterior access. Open entering, there is a full kitchen with barstool seating. Off of the kitchen is a large living/dining room, with a twin-to-king convertible day bed. There is a full bathroom along with a full bedroom at the far end of the space. It is bright and open, with plenty of space for 4 guests to stay comfortably. Because the unit is located in the center of Main Street, there is a potential for noise. There are two sound machines available to use if desired, along with room darkening blinds. The apartment is located above a co-working office, so we ask downstairs clients and upstairs guests to be mindful of excessive noise.brbrYou will have access to the entire apartment, as well as access to the below coworking space.brbrI give my guests space, but I am local if neededbrbrLincoln is a vibrant town nestled in the heart of NH’s White Mountains. World class hiking, skiing, swimming and adventure draw guests from all over. We are located right on main street, so you’ll be within walking distance of restaurants, breweries and outdoor activities. Loon Mountain Resort’s main entrance is a mile up the road, and South Peak is right across the street.brbrYou are within walking distance to dining, shopping, a grocery store and area attractionsbrbrThere is a doorway to the coworking space inside of the unit. It is locked from inside your space, and we ask that you only use this exit in case of emergency. Upon check in, you will be provided a code to the workspace, and can use the lower entrance.brbrNH Rooms & Meals License #103469brVACATION HOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENTbrbrPlease be sure to read this rental agreement in full. Rental period begins at 4pm on date of check-in and ends at 10 am on date of check-out.brbrPARTIES/NOISE: Absolutely NO PARTIES. The vacation rental is not suitable for people looking for a party house. This is a family neighborhood and guests should keep noise at a respectable level. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if any complaints are made in reference to a party in the home.brbrSMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the cabin.brbrCHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to follow the check-out procedure. Additional fees may be charged if the check-out time or procedure is not followed by guests.brbrWEATHER: No refunds are given due to inclement weather or loss of power caused by storms.brbrbrINDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS; ASSUMPTION OF RISK. If it is discovered that any house rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit all monies paid (including any unused nightly rental fees and deposits).brbrThis Agreement is between the owner of the Vacation Rental (your “Host”), and the individual completing this booking transaction for the Vacation Rental (“you” or “Guest”). You agree that you will be responsible for the actions and behavior of each individual present at the Vacation Rental during your stay.
