Great location with the river below.
Cabin was lovely, clean , ample towels and toilet paper. Kitchen was stocked with cleaning supplies, paper towels and dishes. Highly recommended for a short stay getaway ?
Let me start by saying I love this little cabin. Been to the River Bank Motel many times over the years. However the price has just about doubled ( just like everything else ) since Vacasa took over. It was very hot when we were there. The AC worked but it was loud as Hell & made it tough to sleep. The counter top stove burners work but could be a lot better than they are for the amount of $$ they charge. The upgrade to the bathroom is nice. The two very large spiders hanging about a foot above my head in the entry way while I was trying to enter a ten digit code to get in was a little much. Spiders normally do not bother me, but these were pretty big nasty ones and hanging right above my head. I had to go buy some spider spray and get rid of them as my girlfriend is deathly afraid of spiders. Aside from the loud AC, the semi functional stove burners, & and our two very big eight legged friends who welcomed us, it was a nice getaway.
The cabin was cute, had all the necessary items one could hope for, beautiful scenic spot on the river, very clean, good shower pressure, plenty of towels, outdoor pool, central location which was awesome, and a pass to a nearby resort near Loon Mtn that has a gym, sauna, and swimming pool! Who could ask for more ??!!!
It was a quick walk to Clark’s Bear which was better than expected. Go if you have kids. The pool was right across the street and very clean. The cabin was minutes from Franconia a d the Basin and a quick car ride from the center of Lincoln. Also we enjoyed the access to Pollard Inn since we had rain days and uses their game room and pools. The ice cream ($5) was a treat too for the kids. We didn’t realize pre sign up was required for other paid activists so that was disappointing but we went swimming instead.
Cabin A is such an enjoyable place to stay. We try to visit twice a year and it never disappoints!! Beautiful river view ❤️
Heat was not adequate. Stove barely worked. Limited parking for two cars.
Nice, cozy, everything was great!
We've been staying at this cabin yearly for the last 7 years or so and it's great every time! First time staying through Vacasa and the process was really easy and it was very convenient to not have to check in and out at an office and have a code instead of a key. We had all amenities we needed, and it's always so clean. We will be back :)
Nice, cozy little cabin very clean. The view of the brook and the ducks were amazing! They are there every day and we really enjoyed them. They will fly over if you toss bread. Perfect location close to the white mountains national forest and plenty to do in the area for the family. The price was affordable and well worth it. Will definitely be coming back in spring.
This was such a delightful spot! Sure it’s small and not luxury, but so fun! Stream so pretty and peaceful. Loved the quiet ducks in the morning. It’s a cabin! That’s what I loved about it! Ps. My unit the only one with a porch/deck.
This was our first stay at Riverbank. When we booked this vacation we chose Cabin A, so that we could have a deck with a view. The view was breathtaking from both inside and outside the cabin. The cabin was very clean and cozy.
Been going for decades (yes) & though not modern, it is clean, quiet and comfy. Wish the wifi was better as it is spotty at best, but a minor issue.
Had all the amenities of a luxury hotel in a small house away from everyone. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the whites!
We were extremely happy and satisfied with our cabin. It was clean, quiet, spacious with a beautiful view. The ducks came to visit every morning. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely go back. We will surely tell all our friends!
Very happy with the cabin. Lots of linen, very quiet, nice pool and very clean. Does need a few more power outlets, and glassware. Very accommodating and in a nice area.
U loved tgd fact if aad so vlisf to many of the attractions! Unit was very clean and beds were very comfortable!
We have been coming to Riverbank for 50+ years and are never disappointed. We were surprised to arrive and see Vacasa managing the site and not able to visit with the owners, but Vacasa did a great job providing a clean cabin and ample towels, etc.
The Cabin was a perfect location. We were close enough to drive to many attractions within minutes yet still away enough to enjoy the peace of being surrounded by nature's majesty. The views were stunning. From a lovely view of the Pemi River, to the peaks of the White Mountains. The rooms were impeccably clean and provided all the comforts of a home away from from home. A gorgeous fireplace, deck with chairs to watch the sunrise or set and enjoy the surroundings and a fully functional kitchen!
Beautiful, very clean … looking forward to go back. Superbe, très propre. Bien hâte d’y retourner!
We loved it here. Convenient location. Cute little creek in the back. View of the mountains. Not too too busy. You can hear the traffic from the main road but that’s it. Furniture is outdated for sure but it worked. Very musty smell but it was my birthday weekend so we had candles on warmers thankfully. It’s freezing in the cabin though. Holes through out the cabin make it way drafty. Especially the bathroom. They want the bathroom door OPEN smh LOL NOPE then the “kitchen” gets the aftermath. Water pressure is amazing! The pots and pans could use updating that’s a fact! The fireplace is adorable. It burns forever thankfully. The slider rolls open itself so make sure you use the stick they give you to keep it closed. The contactless entry was awesome too. We had a great experience in NH and my review is a good one just pointing to out some flaws but I’m still giving a 5 star because we enjoyed each other the entire 4-5 days we were there.
