Also found on the entry-level are the laundry room with a washer and dryer, and access to the garage. The main living level is located on the second floor of the home. The main level offers open-concept living with exquisite pine floors throughout, a cathedral ceiling, and plenty of glass to enjoy the view. The living area offers a large flat-screen television and a spacious sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, finished cabinets, high-end appliances, and a bar counter leading to the dining area making it a wonderful place to entertain family or friends. Directly off the living room is a sunroom, one of the coziest spots in the home. The front deck with its wonderful mountain view is accessed from the sunroom as is the back patio. The condo is a perfect retreat for all seasons. The Lincoln area provides easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking, road cycling, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and skiing. If your need some downtime, please enjoy our membership to the Loon Village swim and tennis club. Our unit is towards the back of the Village and right against the White Mountain National Forest. brbrThe loft has a king bed and a half bathroom. br• There is a desk here if you need to get some work done with a Smart TV that doubles as a monitor. brbrThe main floor has a combined dining/living space as well as a full kitchen. br• A large Smart TV with Roku and Xumo boxes makes staying in more pleasant.
