Just an 8-minute drive to Ellacoya State Park, 7 min. to Gunstock Ski Resort, 10 min. to Bank of NH Concert Pavilion, 15 min. to Weirs Beach, and 30 min. to NH Motor Speedway. The house has a deck with a gas grill, a spacious front porch, and a selection of yard games to enjoy the peaceful outdoor surroundings.brbrWhen we purchased the cabin, our goal was to furnish and decorate it in a way that would encourage us to unplug and unwind. We love vintage New Hampshire style, so you'll find fun little touches around the house.brbrThe home has three smart TVs, so you can easily access your Netflix account. The living room has a Bluetooth sound system that hooks up to the TV and phones, so you can listen to your favorite playlist. If you're in the mood to unplug, there is a library with an assortment of books, along with a record player with a small collection of vintage records.brbrYou'll have access to the entire cabin and yard. You're welcome to use anything in the house!brbrThe cabin is located on a street of beautiful homes, at the very top of Gunstock Acres. When you first turn on to the street, you'll notice the incredible views of Lake Winnipesaukee across the street. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Washington in the distance. The neighborhood is hilly, so a challenging, scenic hike is just outside your door!brbrThe cabin is driving distance to some of the Lake Region's best amenities.brbrEllacoya State Park:brThere are a lot of photos of Ellacoya State Park on their website. There is a fee to access the park. Boat slip for 25' boat included with prior arrangement at time of reservation. Ideal for multi-generational family getaways or an escape with friends. Convenient to many Lake Region activities with all the comforts and safety systems for an extended stay. brbrThis lake house has six bedrooms, all uniquely decorated and varying in size. One is on the first floor and five on the second floor, most with views of the lake. All rooms have queen beds, private baths, and air conditioners to insure your personal comfort. The first floor room features a 2-person Jacuzzi and a garden view. Four of the second floor rooms have views of the lake and one corner room has a 4-poster bed with a garden view. Sleeps up to 12 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. Bring the extended family and vacation together in this expansive home. brbrOn the main level you will find 2 living room areas, a huge dining table, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a half bath with washer and dryer. Step out onto the covered porch that spans the entire front and side of this home - the veranda, if you will. brbrOn the second level is a bedroom with a King bed, ensuite full bath and a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 on the second floor has a Queen bed, bedroom 3 has two Twin beds and bedroom 4 has a Twin over Full pyramid bunk with a Full trundle (in case you don't want to be on the top bunk!) A full bath is shared by all three of these bedrooms and there is a sitting area at the top of the stairs. Views of the lake from 3 out of 4 bedrooms is a bonus. brbrOn the lower level is another living area and the 5th bedroom with a Queen bed. Also, the 3rd full bathroom is located here! brbrOutside you will find, in the backyard, a beautiful fire pit, outdoor seating and your grilling area. Don't forget the huge porch at the front of the house mentioned above! brbrPets are welcome with prior owner approval and a pet fee added. Located near Lake Winnipesaukee and minutes from Gunstock Mountain and Ski Resort, this home is the perfect spot for memories to be made. brThis home has an open living space with living area, large kitchen, sitting area, laundry area, bathroom, and coffee bar making up the downstairs space. Upstairs you will find a sitting area, workspace with a small desk for your convenience, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed along with a twin bed with twin trundle. The master bedroom can sleep two adults and two children, comfortably. The master has an oversized sliding door that walks out to a balcony. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and relax with beautiful views. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The downstairs sofa is a queen-sized pull-out sleeper with a 3 inch foam topper. It can sleep two. Enjoy waking up in the morning to a full coffee bar! There is a variety of coffee, K-cups, and espresso pods. There is tea and hot chocolate for those that prefer. Flavored syrups, sugars, and all that you desire to make your favorite drinks! In the evening, enjoy time on the large deck or enjoy s'mores with the family at the fire pit with plenty of seating for all! There is so much to do in the Lakes Region!
