Three flights of stairs are needed to access this unit. /pbrbrpWe are located 3.3 miles to the back parking lot of Bank of NH Pavilion and 4.5 miles to the main entrance. Don't want to drive Call Bah Hoppah! They are a shuttle service and will pick you up in the parking lot and take you right to the concert venue and then bring you home! brRide Gannon has also been used by many guests who have been very happy with their ride service./pbrbrp Although we are across the street from the lake, we do not have direct access. Weirs Beach is 12 minutes down the street. Weirs Beach has shops, eateries and arcades. Enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee in our 2 bedroom plus sleeping loft cottage/condo at Yacht Club Vista Condominiums in Gilford NH. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom plus a queen in the loft. Split A/Cs and ceiling fans throughout. High speed internet with streaming on 2 TVs. 3/4 bath with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and ice maker in the fridge. BBQ grill, and an oversize picnic table with umbrella. A deep water boat slip on the new expansive over the water sun deck is available for up to a 27' boat with trailer parking supplied (launch ramp onsite). Our private association sandy beach with beach chairs, sun and shade and a swim raft is just across the street. The oversize boat/sun deck with chairs, tables and umbrellas is a great spot for enjoying a lake breeze, a sunrise, viewing the Lake and mountains or listening to the concerts next door at the Bank of NH Pavilion (a 5 minute walk). The tennis/pickleball court and outdoor pool are steps away. 2 assigned parking spaces are just outside our rear door. brWeirs Beach, Funspot, Gunstock, restaurants and shopping are just a 10-15 minute drive. Our Sanders Bay location makes for a leisurely boat ride to any water destination on the Lake. There is a minimum 7 night rental, with a 6 guest maximum.
