Enjoy our personal paradise. My wife and I fell in love with this property, having spent many years as a rock and ice climbers visiting, and then living, in the beautiful Mount Washington Valley. My wife and I picked this property specifically due to the beauty and proximity to the all the recreational opportunities this area affords. We loved it, then built this house from ground up, stud-by-stud. It was a long exhausting journey for us, but well worth it. We hope you see why this property is so special. brbrEnjoy this mountain getaway nestled deep in the White Mountains. This property offers convenience to many outdoor activities: skiing, hiking, mountain biking and rock/ice climbing. You will be just yards away from the Saco River and local White Mountain Trailheads (Langdon Mountain Trail and Mount Parker Trail). A five-minute drive will take you to Attitash Ski Resort or the entrance to Crawford Notch State Park and all its' amenities. In the wintertime, enjoy many local ski resorts: Bretton Woods, Black Mountain, Wildcat, and Cranmore are all within a thirty minute drive. On a summer's day, enjoy a jaunt into the shops and excitement of North Conway or visit the New England classic getaway, Storyland. At this house, you are guaranteed peace and quiet; enjoy the beautiful mountain views, the gusts coming down the notch off Mount Washington, or the quiet bubbling of the backyard Razor Brook.

The SpacebrbrWe're up on our own little mountaintop in the Linderhof neighborhood of Bartlett. It sounds fancy but it just means you get the views without the noise. The house is big enough for two families to share without stepping on each other. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full lower level with its own living area and game room, and everyone has somewhere to go.brbrThe main floor has tall wood-paneled ceilings and big windows that look straight out at the mountains. It never gets old. The kitchen has everything you need: granite counters, a big island where people end up congregating, and plenty of room to cook a real meal. There are two bedrooms on this floor (two queens) that share a bath. The loft is the primary suite with a king bed, private bath, and mountain views from the bed.brbrDownstairs is where the kids tend to disappear. Game room, TV area, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed, and a half bath right there. It works great as a second family's own little zone.brbrOutdoor LivingbrbrThe deck runs the full width of the house and gets good morning sun. We drink coffee out there pretty much every day we're there. There's a fire pit in the yard, nothing elaborate, just the right spot to end a day with s'mores and a beer. Plenty of yard for the kids to run around while the adults sit and do nothing.brbrLocationbrbrStoryland is literally 3 minutes away, we've timed it. If you're coming with little kids, that's probably why you're looking at this area and we've got the closest spot you'll find outside of being in the parking lot. There's also a golf course right next door if that's your thing.brbrFor skiing and hiking, Attitash is the closest but Cranmore, Wildcat, and Black Mountain are all within a short drive. North Conway with the outlets, restaurants, and breweries is about 15 minutes. Diana's Baths if you want a quick hike the kids won't complain about.brbrEvery season works here. Summer for Storyland and the river. Fall for the foliage, it's genuinely unreal up here. Winter for skiing. The unit has two mini-split air conditioning units, one in the loft and one in the master bedroom. A private balcony with forest views is only accessible from the master bedroom. There are 3 TVs in the condo, master bedroom, living room and loft, all set up to stream through the Wi-Fi. As with all of our Townhouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 private bathrooms. The owners also provide a pack-n-play and booster chair for renters use.
