Two upstairs bedrooms feature a queen bed with a twin mattress pullout in one, and a full and twin bed in the other. The super cozy master suite is tucked away on the opposite side of the house from the kitchen/living room area and feels like a retreat in itself. It has a built in king bed, reclaimed barn wood ceiling, it's own heating and cooling system, and fireplace making it perfect for couples getaway as well! While we love to create space for our guests to have great memories with friends, we have a strict no party or unauthorized event policy. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine and eviction from the premise.brbrbrbrParking: No parking is allowed on residential streets. Guests must park their cars in the designated driveway spots or risk ticketing and tow.brbrbrbrFire Pit: Guests are to provide their own firewood. There is a basket in the foyer where leftover or unused wood can be stored from previous stays. Firewood is available at the gas station or grocery store located down the street if the basket is empty.brbrbrbrThe entire house is controlled by the thermostat in the Blue Suite.
