All neighbors have been in their houses for a very long time. For this reason, we do not allow parties or gatherings. The maximum number of guests is all that is allowed at any given time and any person sleeping must be accounted for in your booking. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. After this time all noise must be contained within the house. **brbrSMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBBITED INSIDE!!! We have locations outside and away from the entries where smoking is allowed. An automatic $250 extra cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking inside. This includes, but not limited to ashes, butts, smell, or obvious attempts to cover up smoking.brbrLOCAL INSECT DISCLOSURE:brWe feel very silly to have to include this in our listing, but this is one of those cases where a single incident causes a warning issued to all:brInsects, arachnids, and bugs are common in the Midwest. Some you may see include flies, mosquitos, bees or wasps, spiders, ticks, ants, and a plethora of other common creepy crawlies. Sometimes these creatures get inside through no fault of ours or yours. Please keep in mind that we do quarterly treatments on all our properties, and should one of these bugs venture inside we do not take responsibility.brbrLocal Weather Disclosure:brWe are located in Kansas City, the heart of the Midwest. Weather can be unpredictable. Storms of all kinds have been known to pop up at any time. We are not responsible for power outages, downed tree branches, or the condition of the streets during winter. (We will always shovel and salt our driveway and walkway).brbrGetting Around:brLocated near the Kansas City bus line. brRide share is readily available in this area. brThe Kansas City Street Car is free and located in downtown KC. It runs from City Market in the north, to Union Station in the south. brWalking distance to many key locations (ex: convenience store, gas station, Dollar Store, laundromat, grocery store, fast food)brbrOther Things to Note:brPlease take special note that there are 2 security cameras located on this property, for guest safety and protection as well as protection for our property. They are located at the main front door to the main house (Ring doorbell) and a floodlight camera located in the driveway facing the street. brbrPet Policy:brWe welcome your well behaved furry companions!br-Dogs onlybr-Maximum of 2, less than 50 lbs eachbr-Dogs must be accompanied at all times and must be crated or taken with you if you leave the property.br-Leashes are required if in an area of the yard that is unfencedbr-Please refrain from allowing pets on the furniture and beds. We love snuggling our dogs too, but this is necessary to prevent extra cleaning or accidents.
