The St. Charles Guest House, lovely historic home, fun for families and groups

The house is perfect—very well appointed, clean, unique interior and conveniently located! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Grateful for the washer &dryer and all the snacks too. A great impression for our first visit to Missouri!

The house was incredible! Clean, cozy yet spacious and a perfect location 1/2 block from the historic district. Shops, eating and walking paths all just a few steps from our doorstep!

This house is in such a cute perfect location. Loved all the games for the kids, kept them entertained when we just wanted to chill at the house. Main floor shower was amazing.

The stay at the Guest House Co in St Charles, Missouri was a great choice for my 4 friends and myself. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Wonderful bathroom amenities. Kitchen was easy to cook in although it could have been better stocked with table knives.also the location of this house had very easy and convenient access to Main Street with all its restaurants and individual shops. Could ask for better location with easy access to St Louis attractions as well. However we did have a few criticisms: Some of the towels and sheets have a musty smell. Wondering if side loading wash machine needed to be cleaned out. A pillow on one of the beds had a sour and musty odor as well, We laid it outside in the back patio chair to air it out while there and think got rid of the smell. Did love the convenience of having an in house washer and dryer. Such a plus. Also loved the downstairs shower. So special! Only other criticism was there was no extra garbage bags to replace once we had filled the only one under the sink. We had to go out and buy more. All in all it’s an excellent place ! Wonderful stay with family as we were in town to celebrate my son’s wedding. Beautiful home, close to wedding venue, and perfect for wedding pics just outside the home. Thank you Matt and Audrey. We will always remember our stay at The Guest House. Thank you.

House is as described. Super comfortable and wonderful location!! Kitchen essentials and appliances were amazing to have. The beds, reading nook and couches were comfortable for hanging out and reading in long stretches. Great communication with the host when questions needed answers. My friends and I definitely want to come back to this exact house again. Location is perfect to walk on Main Street.

The location couldn’t get any better. Steps from the Main Street of old town St Charles where all the shops and restaurants are. Quiet neighborhood with a walking trail on the water. House is adorable. Lots of places to sleep. The downstairs bed was very comfy. Even the pillows were great! Shuffleboard is a bonus for the kids. Had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations.

House is so charming and a home away from home! The historical home and town were literally the vacation I will cherish! Game room was a hit!I highly recommend for any family that plans to visit St. Charles, MO!

We loved staying here in this adorable clean house that was only 1 block off of downtown Main Street shopping.

House was wonderful. Location was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue I had were the stairs were kind of steep going to 2nd floor bedrooms but that's more about my age and knees. House had everything you needed and the game room was fun. Wish we had more time to actually stay at the house and enjoy it. Would definitely rent again.

A group of our college friends met for a hockey game/birthday celebration! This home smelt clean the second you walked in the door and was the perfect location! Much thanks for a fabulous weekend!

Annual book weekend with family. The bed downstairs was so amazing for lounging and reading all weekend. We had an amazing time!

Great location. Easy to talk with the owners. Had a lot of great things for the kids. Very cozy and comfortable. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

Sisters and sisterinlaws who take trips together had a fabulous time! House is great, clean and decorated nicely. Loved walking to shopping. Loved Lewis & Clark restaurant, Magpies, and Bradden 1818.

We loved this place and the location! We plan on returning one day!

This was a great place to use as home base for our adventures in St. Louis. We were close to grocery stores to get our eat in food with plenty of options for dining out. Grandma’s cookies less than a block away was also a huge plus. We were able to stroll the shops of St Charles and take evening walks along the river.

Just love St Chuck. Had a great historical walking tour w family. Recommend getting up early before any traffic and enjoy the quiet of this sweet charming town- it’s just footsteps away! Kids enjoyed the bowling game and the nook was a hit!

Incredible. It was everything we expected and more. Will definitively come back. There were zero issues with the place; the communication with the host was impeccable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Enjoyed the property and returned for a second time. Second trip just as enjoyable and would be happy to stay a 3rd time if travel permits.

The location of this Property is so close to the historic town of St Charles and Katy Trail . Perfect . House has everything you need and attractive! Be aware there are steep stairs to the bedrooms. Upstair bedrooms warm no matter how cool rest of house is.(summer time visit)
