The Army Corps of engineers does not allow most condos to let nightly rental guests use slips so you will rarely find those, but we`re appreciate of our convenient trailer parking, which is increasingly rare. Ask us where to get non-motorized lake toys delivered from--you can launch without ever leaving the resort complex!brbrKimberling City is an adorable little community in a tranquil, private setting only thirty minutes to the heart of Branson. You`re 3 minutes from downtown Kimberling, 15-20 minutes to Silver Dollar City (avoid the traffic coming from Branson!), and obviously right on Table Rock Lake! brbrThere is a long, exterior staircase down to access the condo (how else could you get so close to the lake! ), so if you have mobility concerns please take that into account. brbrWe allow dogs only (maximum of two, no cats), just add them to your reservation (we charge a flat $100 pet fee per stay) and keep them on a leash while on condo property (they can be off leash at the lake shoreline).
