In addition, outdoor video surveillance provides you with the extra comfort of safety and security (video surveillance is on the OUTSIDE of the property ONLY). We LOVE animals, however, in order to be fair and consistent from guest to guest, we've had to adopt a no pets policy. In addition to the possibility of a pet soiling the carpet or causing some damage, pets can leave a dander behind that future guests may be allergic to. Because we want ALL of our guests to enjoy a clean, non-allergenic environment, this is another reason we don't allow pets in our properties. Additionally, the City of St Joseph has strict regulations regarding barking dogs and the disturbance they may create for the neighborhood… this is another reason we do not accept pets on any of our properties.
