There is a children's playground only a few blocks away in our quiet neighborhood.brbrWe have spacious 9 foot ceilings and plenty of windows for a light and airy stay! You will enjoy over 1300 square feet of space in the complete lower level of our home with your very own entrance with a keypad. We do live upstairs, but keep our foot traffic and noise to a minimum. Guests have access to a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and assorted glassware. The kitchenette is well stocked with wine opener, knives, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc. so guests may prepare food and drinks. We have provided teas, coffees, sugars, and creamers for beverages. We have a few snacks including granola bars, popcorn, etc. There are four chairs located at the bar top.brbrThere is a queen sized bed in the bedroom with a full length mirror, ample closet space with hangers, a dresser, an iron and ironing board. Towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is available in the bathroom. The pull-out queen sofa in the living room is BRAND NEW. We also offer a new queen air mattress. We can assure that you will have a comfortable stay.brbrThere is access to Sling TV, Netflix, and the local channels on our flat screen TV.
