Often, the adults like to congregate upstairs with younger groups hang out downstairs, Both places have gorgeous views of the lake.brbrConveniently located off of O Road near Laurie, the Lake House sits as close to the water as you can get. The patio is right outside the slider door: no hills or steep steps to get to the dock, where a 12' x 26' slip is included, along with a 8' X 32' swim dock, plus a jetski dock.brCatfish and crappie can be caught off the dock, and fishing is excellent throughout the Gravios Arm. There is a small boat ramp near the house, and a large public boat ramp in Gravios Mills where you can launch your jet ski or boat. brbrGreat restaurants such as Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Lake Burger within driving and boating distance. Shopping, caves, hiking all within a short drive. We will be happy to provide suggestions for boat rentals, restaurants, and lake attractions! Additionally, the house is just minutes away from grocery store, movie theater, bowling, an arcade, park and indoor swimming pool.brbrThe boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing are fantastic, along with spectacular sunrises. brbrWe have gas and charcoal grills. The town of Laurie is about 8 miles by car from the house and has everything you need for groceries, bait, cinema, restaurants, medical care and golf. The outlet mall, Bagnell Dam Strip, go-karts, water parks, miniature golf, and other activities are located on the East side of the lake about 40 miles by car. Bridal Cave, Frankie and Louie's and Captain Ron's activities are a 20 minute ride from the house. brbrIf you like to entertain you will love the convenience and open concept layout of the home. On the entry level you will find a large master bedroom with a king sized bed, private bathtub/shower combo bathroom, and balcony; a well-equipped kitchen with a large island and bar stools; a dining area with seating for at 10; a second full bath with a bathtub/shower combo; and the main living area opening up to the sun room, deck and wrap-around porch. Walk up the steps to the second level rec room and enjoy the pool table and rec area. Off of the rec room are three bedrooms: one king, one queen, and one queen with a set of bunk beds. The first floor king is a standard plush mattress; the second floor king bedroom has a Sleep Number mattress; the two upstairs queen beds have plush top mattresses; the bunk beds have twin sized mattresses. The second floor master bedroom has a full bath with walk in shower. A fourth full bath with shower is located off the rec room and is directly accessible from the queen bedroom. brbrWe furnish dishes, silverware, drink ware, appliances; kitchen towels, bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels (if you forgot your own).
