Our home is located on a quiet area of Table Rock Lake The cove is mile marker 20.brbrOur home is a spacious 1500 sq. foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have a king size bed in the large upstairs master bedroom with a full size bathroom as well. Our other two main floor bedrooms have brand new comfortable queen size beds. It has a large eat in kitchen for family gatherings. All new appliances have just been added. For your convenience there is laundry facilities for you to use. There is a deck off the kitchen as well as the master bedroom upstairs where you can relax and enjoy the view of the water. brbrWe are just minutes to Shell Knob where you will find groceries, gas, restaurants and shops.brbrNeed a place to park your boat we are a short 6-mile drive to Campbell Point Marina where you can store your boat or rent a watercraft of your choice. While you are there make sure to grab some ice cream and definitely cool off with their fresh lemonade!brbrWe are located by so many activities to take in and explore. Take a scenic 45- minute drive through the Ozark Mountains to Branson, where there are numerous restaurants, shops, golf and entertainment. The equipment and other facilities referred to include, but are not exclusive to, the golf cart and televisions. The Renter must report any inoperative or defective equipment to The Owner promptly. The Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible. While every attempt will be made to ensure that all advertised equipment and appliances are in working condition at the commencement of a rental period, no refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of dishwasher, washer, dryer, or TV.brbr9. RefundsbrbrIf a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing, and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made.
