Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $200 up to 2 pets, no more than 50 ibs each. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, please keep your dog on a leash when on the beach or front lawn, and ensure they do not enter neighboring properties.brbrHousekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. brbrWe provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.brbrProperty/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal. For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, please keep your dog on a leash when on the beach or front lawn, and ensure they do not enter neighboring properties.brbr•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.brbr•You are responsible at all times for your animal`s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
