Location, Location, Location. Our house in South Haven is in a perfect location. It is in a quieter North Beach neighborhood, but just a quick walk (5 -10 minutes) to the beach or downtown. We are now providing a golf cart to help you get to the beach. It has a beach parking sticker on it so you do not have to pay for parking. brThe house is a 2 story home with 5 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs you have a master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-in closet. The closet is large enough that it could double as nursery along with your belongings (easily fits a crib or pack and play) for those of you with infants. The master also has a nice deck for morning coffee or afternoon sun. There is a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a third smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds for the kids. A full bath and a laundry area finish out the upstairs. brOn the main floor there is a nice size living room /dining area and a recently updated kitchen. The main level continues with a full bath and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle. The second bedroom has a full size futon. All bedrooms have closets/storage space for personal belongings.brThe front of the house has a covered porch with rocking chairs to relax, visit, and watch neighborhood activity. In back is a deck across the rear of the house , a built in charcoal grill and a gas grill, and yard space for a cookout and some fun and games.brWe absolutely love the friendly neighborhood and the ease of walking or riding bicycles everywhere.brPark Ave. is one street towards the bridge from North Shore. You can even see Lake Michigan from the master bedroom deck. Packard Park, Dyckman Park, and Oak Park are literally around the corner.
