Its separated from my other living space, and has its own full bath and fully stocked kitchen, as well as washer and dryer.brbrThe backyard is an urban oasis. Although its a shared space with my wife and I, we use it sparingly, except to accompany our dog Toby during his squirrel-chasing adventures. brRoad/highway noise should be expected. Additionally, neighboring houses are visible.brbrThere is a 1 car garage for your use. Please park in here to avoid clutter on the shared driveway. We use this garage for some storage, but there is plenty of space for one car.brbrAlthough we are generally a quiet family, we do have a dog and are expecting a baby summer 2019. You will be able to hear some noise (Website hidden by Airbnb) living our life. Footsteps, occasional barks from my dog, etc. should be expected. This unit is not soundproof.brbrFinally, this unit is in our walkout basement. The temperature is on the colder side. We've placed space heaters in the unit in addition to the ability to control the temperature of the main HVAC unit.

Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area.brbrOther Things to Note:brOur full time housekeeping team keeps each and every one of our properties sparkling clean for your arrival. brbrWe stock olive oil, salt and pepper, whole bean coffee and creamer in all our units.
