Stunning & Spotless 2-Bed Apt (#1) Walk to UM Athletics

Everything was great but the dishwasher didn’t work and they is tough when cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Some of the dishes weren’t clean when we arrived and I always wash dishes in the dishwasher when I arrive to ensure cleanliness. Otherwise this place would have been a 10/10! Location is fabulous. They also allowed an early check in although we still arrived later than planned. The host was very responsive.

What a nice unit and so close to Michigan stadium! We walked to the game. The unit was very clean and well laid out for 4 people - 2 queen beds with their own bathroom. There is parking and the street is very quiet even though it’s close to a major street. We slept well! So convenient to get anywhere because it’s so well located. I would highly recommend this unit and the managers are super responsive if you have any issues. 5 stars!!

This is a great find! Spotless, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor sitting after a long trip and college drop off. We will definitely come back, since it's also very conveniently located!

I booked this place for the week so I could stay with my son while he recovered from an ACL surgery. The apartment was perfect. It was nicely appointed, quiet and conveniently located to everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there was a nice living room with TV's in the bedrooms and living room. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. Hope to book here again the future.

Visiting campus for my daughter. A great little spot close to everything and parking. Clean, cute, had all we needed for the weekend. We will be back!

This was the perfect spot for my weekend trip with my friend. We did some shopping, walked to a nearby restaurant/bar and enjoyed some relax time. The place was beautiful and so clean. With just two of us staying, we each had our own bathroom and bedroom and a roomy common space. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Great, clean, and close to stadium! Their restaurant is walking distance and had great catering for our tailgate (wings) and amazing brunch!

Found this gem by chance. Fortunate to find this listing for my family. Very clean place and close to everything you need. Perfect weather the entire time there. Host was great and we had no issues checking in or out. Will definitely book again next time we visit our son.

Very clean with newer furnishings

Overall great stay! Had a few maintenance issues initially, but mgmt was very responsive and fixed them quickly. Some noise from the occupants above us, but that's unavoidable, and it wasn't obnoxious. Great location and would definitely stay again!
