This can be purchased ahead of time through the association or when you arrive.brbrThe LocationbrGreat Harbors is one of the most desirable waterfront neighborhoods in Falmouth. We fell in love with the area immediately! We are a short walk away from a small private association beach on Great Pond. Great for little ones to play, launching your kayak/paddleboard or watching the sunset with a cocktail. The association also includes a playground, beach volleyball court and dock space for drop-off and pick-ups. All within a short walk. There are several public boat launches nearby as well. brbrIf you need to venture outside our community, you will find a sidewalk along Acapesket and Menauhant Roads to bring you right to the ocean! Just a little over a mile. Both Menauhant Beach and Bristol Beach are a short bike ride away.brbrWithin 2 miles you will find Smitty’s Homemade Ice Cream, Cape Cod Winery and Bad Martha’s Brewery. In 2017-18 we completely renovated the house. The renovation included a new roof line and a new 2nd floor to include 2 additional baths, a shower, new kitchen, new 4 season porch and cooling throughout. The house has 3 Bedrooms, 3 updated baths and new kitchen. It has the feel of a new home with ageless details. It has two queen sized bedrooms and one twin bedroom (2 twins) . Wall AC units throughout with remote controls. Living room has a large 42 Smart HDTV with Direct TV satellite service, Apple TV, wifi, and new furnishings. The dining area is open to the kitchen and living room and has large windows overlooking the pond. Spring of 2018 we constructed/added a 4 season porch overlooking the pond and benefits from great sunsets over the water. The house is exceptionally private and just steps away from The Shining Sea Bike Path allowing a 3 mile bike ride to Falmouth and a 7 mile bike ride to Woods Hole. Heading the opposite direction will take you to the quaint village of West Falmouth in 1/2 mile or 3 miles to North Falmouth past a beautiful cranberry bog. The house has a private grass pond front with Adirondack Chairs, a quiet spot to enjoy the sunset or fantastic for kayaking with access to the Great Sippewissett Marsh and Black Beach. Kitchen has new appliances: gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Washer and Dryer on 1st floor. Beaches are an 8 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk.
