Walk up to the third-floor penthouse—one bright, semi-divided room which can double as bedroom and studio/office. From the penthouse window, get a glimpse through the treetops of quiet streets that wind down to the Ipswich River past centuries-old homes, Town Wharf, and picturesque paths.
