Large 7-Bedroom Waterfront Property in Falmouth Heights

The house is spectacular. The views of the ocean are amazing. Everything was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.The host were so attentive and kind and made check in and check out so easyWe all had an amazing time and would love to come back.The street had very little traffic and was super easy to cross and get to our own private beach, which my family absolutely loved. We walked to the wharf and shipwrecked and had dinners. Cute little downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this home.F

We had a great stay in Falmouth, the house is in a great location and it really blew us away. Communication with the hosts were as good as I’ve seen, looking forward to coming back in the future, and highly recommend!

Wonderful home very spacious and well appointed. Incredible location for a family getaway and what a view from the patio. All around great experience and the hosts left a great welcome package of cupcakes and champagne!

The house was impeccable. We used this as a gathering for our high school girls trip ( class of 83). There were nine of us and it was a perfect size. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the ferry. The view of the water is beautiful from the house. I highly recommend this house if you are visiting the Falmouth area.

We had 14 people and felt the house was spacious and all agreed even better than the pictures! The main living space is very open and room for multiple activities in different areas (outside table/inside table/living room 1/ living room2). The beach access across the street was awesome for our group to come and go, great for some of us who had babies and could easily come back and rejoin the group after nap time. Thanks for a great stay we hope to come back again!

Great house and location for family and friends getaway! Lots of room, great access to the beach or just hanging out on the patio. Will be renting next year.

This couldn’t have been a better location. We were able to watch the ocean and kids outside play with the lawn games at the home while sitting on the patio furniture. It was less than a block from the beach. They provided beach chairs and toys. The house easily fit our two families. We hope to return :)

Great house for large families! Maura was a great host!

This was hands down the best VRBO experience I have ever had!! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Joe and Maura were so lovely and answered all of my questions ahead of time, providing recommendations for things our group could do during our stay. My fiancé and I were celebrating a joint bachelor/bachelorette with our bridal party and this house was perfect for a large group to spread out and enjoy different activities. The house is spacious, clean, and Joe and Maura are excellent hosts. We are already thinking about planning another trip and hope to stay here again! 10/10 recommend!!

We had an incredible stay here. Space is perfect for large groups. We had plans to do a bunch of things in town - but the house was so awesome we spent most of the time at the house or the beach across the street.
