Stayed Jul 14, 2022This property was fantastic. Honestly way better than the pictures even make it out to be. Plenty of room inside and a fabulous backyard with great water access.

Stayed Jun 28, 2021Very nice house. Clean. Modern kitchen. Water views. Plenty of room/beds for a large family. Cons: Geese have taken over the back yard rendering it practically unusable as their poop is everywhere. Construction on the house next door is noisy. The early checkout time (10 am) is inconvenient and was non-negotiable.

Stayed Aug 27, 2020We had a great stay here. There was plenty of room so you didn't feel on top of each other. The living and kitchen space were both spacious as well. The deck, backyard and water view were definitely a highlight. It was in a great location, quiet street and near everything we needed access to... beach, wedding venue, Ferry to MV and convenience store. We all said we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to the cape.

Stayed Aug 23, 2020Wry cute house with great sleeping but NOT overly close to town or any real beach. There is an ant problem out side, to me the deck is on its last legs and they have not even provided a working basic cable TV. House is as pictured but they should not show a canoe when they will not allow you to use any of the equipment they have there. Contact was responsive and then would not follow back up. Our check in was at 3 and the cleaning people got there at 2:45 so we could not get in until after 3:30 and sheets and towels were not done so we had to fold and make beds. We made the most of the quiet evenings looking over the lake but would be hard pressed to think about going back

Stayed Jul 22, 2019Our family really enjoyed our vacation stay at this very nice home in Falmouth. The area is enjoyably peaceful and it had a nice view of the water in the backyard, enjoyed the firepit every night and the fishing. The place was very clean and a lot nicer than the pictures online depicted. All destinations were within a short drive of the house. In addition, the area has a lot of activities to participate in. We would gladly return here for another vacation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The setting was so peaceful. Quiet neighborhood. Loved watching wildlife while on the deck. Arrived to a well stocked and clean home with plenty of room for all. There were more beds than advertised. Host was easy to reach and accommodated our pre arrival requests. A little deferred maintenance, howevever overall a great stay. I would stay again.

Stayed Aug 13, 2018We have been renting houses for vacations for years and decided to spend this year's vacation on Cape Cod. We had 3 adults and 3 teens/pre-teens and brought our own bikes and kayaks. The house worked out very nicely for us. The rooms are larger than we expected and there are lots of bed options. The living areas and kitchen are nicely furnished and stocked with the accessories I had expected. Bournes Pond ended up being a shallow salt water pond which connects to the ocean at the nearby beach. With the kayaks we were easily able to paddle the length of the pond, paddle under the bridge at the beach, and get out to open ocean. The pond is beautiful with lots of wildlife to watch. The bottom of the pond is murky so I was happy that I had brought along swim shoes when putting the boats in and out of the water. My kids had fun fishing from both the shore and our boats, catching small crabs in a nearby inlet, and catching dozens of minnows using a minnow trap we had brought. There is lots to do nearby. The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac but it is quite close to both the beach and Rt 28, which is a main road on The Cape. We went to the beach several times, got ice cream, visited Falmouth Center, went to the museums at Woods Hole, and took the bikes on the bike trail from Falmouth Center out to Woods Hole. Overall the house and location were great for our Cape Cod adventure. Note that we figured out at the last minute (by reading a review) that we needed to bring our own linens. I had expected linens to be included with this house. If renters are expected to bring linens this needs to be made clear in the listing. Traveling to The Cape and then not having sheets would have been disappointing.
