Stayed Sep 3, 2025We had an amazing stay, the property was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very clean! Check in and check out were seamless, and John was easy to contact. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen/grill area, and relaxing on the back porch - it’s heavenly!

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Classic Cape Cod experience, historical home, newly updated and artfully done interior with all the creature comforts of 2024. Right on the water and a quick swim, paddle board or kay to Washburn Island which is fun beach to explore also only a short walk to Menauhant beach. Excellent stay and outstanding host!
