Spacious waterfront home: 5 Bedrooms + finished walk-out basement/bunk room

The home is very spacious. At various time during the two weeks we were there, my two adult sons, my husband and I all had to work online from the house. We all could find separate, quiet, comfortable spaces with desks or tables, which I think is remarkable. The house is also very generously stocked with what you need.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! We had a slight issue with check-in but the host was prompt to respond and remediate the issue! The area was wonderful, we really enjoy exploring a new part of the Cape! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely week vacation at this property. Check-in was seamless and easy. Matt communicated great and even let us know we can check in early if we were in the area. The house was clean and large enough for our extended family. The basement was a plus for the kids to play. We had a baby with us, and there was even a crib, stroller, portable high chair, toys, everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental! There were extra cleaning supplies, spices, and condiments.The location of the home was great. It was down the road from the beach and a quick drive into Falmouth town. The landscaping of the property was beautiful, and had a beautiful water view with a short walk to reach the pond. The kids enjoyed playing on the large front yard. A few of the outdoor patio dining chairs were broken, and the patio umbrellas need to be replaced. The grill works, but has seen better days. Other than these few items that need updating, the house and property were lovely and we’d absolutely return!

The house was spacious, clean, beautifully landscaped and a great location.We enjoyed an amazing week of kayaking, fishing, biking trail to Woods Home and of course, the beach.The grandkids loved the finished basement.Matt was a great host who quickly answered any questions.

My family gathered in this well appointed home. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen we paddled on the pond. Enjoyed Menahaunt Beach 1 mile away.

This house was exactly as described. Very clean and lots of room for everyone. Owner was very informative and communicated well making us feel very welcome.

We had a great week at this wonderful home on the pond. Beautiful views, plenty of space and equipped with all the essentials you could need. The beach was just down the street and the location was perfect for so many other activities: shopping, putt putt and many restaurants. We loved having coffee on the deck or patio and the kids loved playing outside and watching the Osprey's nearby. The yard is gorgeous! It was nice to have the outdoor shower too. Matt was quick to answer any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a wonderful week in Falmouth. The house was perfect for our family. There were a variety of places to sleep and they were all comfortable. Extra blankets and pillows were available. The house itself was awesome but the grounds are truly impressive. We loved the path down to the water and enjoyed watching the sky at sunrise and sunset. It was nice to drink our coffee on the back deck and look at the water. This property was clean, well stocked, and a really enjoyable home to stay at. It’s a quick ride to the beach in a car and less than a mile walk if you travel light to the beach or have a wagon! Matthew was super responsive and also reached out to check in several times. We loved this home, starting with the extensive open floor plan on the first floor that allowed children to play in the living room while adults finished a meal or gathered at the table to plan the day. The kitchen is fully stocked, spacious refrigerator, and an extended counter with high stools. The two decks, an upper and lower, provide lots of seating, and the grill was great for a family BBQ. The master suite is enormous, and the other 4 bedrooms are ample and attractive. The basement is a bonus, with bunks and play space. The house is clean and comfortable, lots of windows to bring in the outdoors, beautiful landscaping, and 1.5 miles from Menahaunt beach where we were every day. Oh, and the outdoor shower even has hot water!

Ample room for 14 (including a crib for our little one. Layout of the house is great, and it's well-furnished. The setting is not done justice in the photos. Absolutely beautiful! We were there in early June, so a lot of flowering plants. Owner very communicative and responsive.
