Whole house was immaculate. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Wonderful neighborhood. Property owner was very responsive to questions.

This house was absolutely wonderful - comfortable, clean and well stocked. Back yard was great - fire pit, games, hammock, grill. We will definitely stay here again if we get back.

It was so clean and really just a lovely home on a quiet, low-traffic street and neighborhood. Super location just a five minute drive to the beach. We had a great stay!

The place was the cleanest place we have ever rented. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and our marathon runner got a perfect big night of sleep before the race.

We had an awesome stay at this Falmouth gem! The owner has gone above and beyond the call of duty, providing so many helpful items and every possible yard/outside game and activity imaginable. Our 4 y/o loved the house so much, he decided he didn’t like the beach anymore! Luckily he got over the beach thing, with the help of the sand toys available at the house! Owner was super responsive and understanding. Home is beautifully maintained and furnished. Outdoor shower is a summer dream. Highly recommend this property, you won’t regret booking it!!

A family group of five of us (two couples and an 18 year old) stayed here in early August. The location - between Falmouth and Mashpee - was perfect, and the house was very comfortable. The place was beautifully clean when we arrived and had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive (by text message) for any questions that we had. The combined living room and kitchen was spacious, comfortable, and attractive. The three bedrooms had large closets and bureaus, and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was powerful and easy to control. The back yard was amazing, with a large table and chairs for outside meals, as well as a fire pit area with its own set of chairs. Parking was easy, and the area was quiet. When we return to Falmouth, we definitely will stay here again if it is available.

This is our second year in a row spending the week here! The house is in impeccable condition, is well appointed and in an awesome neighborhood and location in Falmouth. We plan to stay again next year and would recommend this house for anyone coming to the area!

My small family and I visited in mid-summer. The property was beautiful; recently renovated and clean. Easy access with a personalized key code made entry and exit a breeze. My wife and I really appreciated the small touches, like extra toys for my 2 year old to play with when she grew tired of her own toys. Fun ring-swing game in the backyard as well! Host was very communicative leading up with great recommendations on things to do in the area, especially with a little one. Great location, very short drive to beaches and downtown Falmouth. Hope to return soon.

We love the whole property. They had a wonderful backyard and had a lot of variety of games which was unexpected as well as a great outdoor seating. Spent a lot of time outdoors. The house was also newly updated and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay would definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay, it was a perfect home away from home! It was beautifully decorated, very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this property!

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard with grill, firepit and outside shower. Cornhole and other games available. Beaches fairly close but need to drive to carry chairs and coolers. Menauhant-1.5 miles and a bit rocky, Falmouth Heights-2.0 miles but the best beach is Old Silver Beach about 5 miles away. Nice sand and snack shack.

This is one of the cleanest, most well-kept properties that I have ever stayed in! I truly felt as comfortable as I do in my own home (which is extremely rare for me). We went with our two young kids - ages 6 and 4. There were lots of games to play both inside and outside (croquet, corn hole) to keep us busy when at the house. Kids had a blast scooting to the neighborhood playground. We felt centrally located for exploring various parts of Falmouth and checking out New Seabury/Mashpee Commons. Beds were unbelievably comfortable - we all slept so well! If we come to Falmouth again, there is no question that we will stay at this house — it’s the best!!! Kathleen, thank you for everything you do to make your home the perfect vacation spot!! :)

Home had plenty of room for 6 people. Would 100% stay here again. Very close to all activities.

LOVED this house. So beautiful, so well maintained, impeccably clean, had everything we needed. Home owners were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Wish the neighborhood pool was included in the cost. House wasn’t walkable to an ocean beach, but was a super close and easy drive to local beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and fulfilled all of our needs. The host family was very gracious and thought of all of our needs and beyond. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better there than I do at home. I personally didn’t use it, but my family found the outdoor shower to be a real treat. I know that they can’t control it, but we had perfect weather and a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much Ford Family.

Everything about this house was spot on! Very clean, cozy and inviting! The location was excellent for those looking to explore the cape, but also avoid traffic on busy days! Kathleen was a great host, and acommodated every request. Would 100% book again 5/5!
