Very clean, adorably decorated and fantastic amenities! Everything you could want in a kitchen was there.

Great stay. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our time here!

The house worked perfectly for us. The number of bedrooms and type of beds were perfect. Location access to nearby beaches was great. No complaints.

Our week in Falmouth was elevated because of our stay at the Cape Escape. I’ve never been to a rental that was so well stocked. Owner was quick with communication.Would recommend. Especially for a group with multiple adults/couples.

The house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, decorated well and had great items in the shed to use for the beach.

Home as described. Everything you need for a nice stay. Kitchen fully stocked. Space is great...dining room , living room are specious. Gas fireplace was a bonus. Heated most of the house including upstairs!

Very clean, comfortable, great location to tour the Cape and Martha’s Vineyard. We needed for nothing at this home. Would recommend and would stay again.

From begining to end, my family had a fantastic time. The home is exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Carolyn was very responsive when booking and the entire process was flawless. Just minutes from the beach and town, the location was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect with a quick ride to the beach and many of the sites in Falmouth.

The house was clean, well equipped and is conveniently located. The 4 room air conditioners were able to keep the house comfortable during the hottest part of our stay. Carolyn is a thoughtful and responsive host. The only thing to be aware of is that the lower level, which has a lovely bedroom suite, is a bit musty if you are sensitive to that sort of issue.

A very solid house. Basically a separate space downstairs for my neice and her crew. Ive never been to a Cape rental where all linens AND fluffy white towels were included! Kitchen was well stocked and had somebasics for cooking . THANK YOU It was a bit challenging for someone new to this area to figure out which beaches were residents only, which were stickers, and which were pay as you go

This was our fourth time staying at this house while visiting family. The house suits us very well. The accommodations are great. It’s very cozy and clean and the owner is very communicative. And we hope to stay again in the future.

We wanted to see Cape Cod and Newport and everything in between and this was perfect. There was an evident and successful effort to make it accommodating

Had a wonderful time on the Cape! Place was nice.. comfy.. and well equipped. Felt like it hadn’t been used for a bit, but would def come back again. Great choice to spend some time away with family and friends.
