While you are at your home away from home, take advantage of barbecuing on the deck using the gas grill, cooking in the full kitchen with key tools at your disposal (and dinnerware for up to 24 people), and relaxing while enjoying the view from the couches upstairs and downstairs, or on either the deck or patio. The kitchen also has a griddle, toaster, crock pot, Kitchen Aid, coffee maker, and pots and pans. There is also a high chair included for those traveling with sweet little ones.brbrLet your kids play at the kids' park within full view of the deck and patio, or let them play in the yard with one of many yard and other games provided for your convenience, including Spikeball, cornhole, giant Jenga, frisbee, card games, board games, puzzles, and dice games. The clubhouse is also within walking distance (approximately 400 meters away), right next to the sports courts, and has many additional amenities including a foosball table, BBQ grill, kitchen, and much more. brbrThe master bedroom on the main floor is very spacious with room for a pack and play (provided) and floor sleepers if needed (king size bed in this room). The other main level bedroom has a queen bed with a child sized bunk for little ones (bunk bed size 27 x 63). The third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk with a trundle bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a twin XL bunk. However, there are the things you will need to know-brbrSECURITY CAMERAS: For the safety of our guests and to maintain a safe environment, we have exterior security cameras with audio and video capabilities installed and active. This statement is required by this platform, we very much respect the privacy of our guests while in an active reservation. It also is critical to us to monitor the home throughout all seasons, specifically when the home is not occupied. Thus, we have four cameras installed. We have one camera facing the front of the home from the front door, one over the garage, one facing the rear driveway and one facing the north side of the lot. There are no cameras inside the home.brbrIMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUMMER HOME MAINTENANCE: We take pride in our landscaping and have a service come to the home once a week for maintenance. This will include mowing and anything else as needed. This typically is done within 30 minutes and will not be too early in the morning.brbrCLEANING FEE: 100% of our cleaning fee goes directly to our amazing cleaning crew who helps us keep the property to the highest standards. We are lucky to have them, they are pretty awesome!brbrSECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon booking we will ask for a $300.00 security deposit in form of a HOLD. We have not had to use this as our guests have been amazing! We don't cry over spilled milk, this is only if something significant happened such as a broken t.v or major appliances as an example. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card. We understand things will be lost and broken, we don't sweat the small stuff. The security deposit is automatically released after 48 hours of departure. brbrOCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy of 17 must be adhered to, this includes all ages in order to comply with our insurance. We welcome family reunions and get-togethers, but please no parties - loud music, excessive alcohol, etc. Sometimes you may want to have visitors outside of the guests on the reservation, if so please let us know in advance.brbrCHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS - brWe love to be transparent! Upon checkout, here is what we ask for:brbr1. Please dispose kitchen trash and any extra food in the garbage bins. (If your stay is over a Monday night, can we trouble you to pull the garbage cans to the street or bring them in.)br2. If you have time, we would greatly appreciate the grills (BBQ or Blackstone) to be burnedscraped off. We don't need this spotless, but it would greatly help our small cleaning crew move through the home quicker.br3. Our family found the magic of the beautiful carribean blue water colored Bear Lake over a decade ago and since then have made it our favorite family gathering place summer & winter! It was a dream to have a Bear Lake home of our own to come to, and this year OUR dream came true and we are excited to share it with YOU! brbrHOME WAS COMPLETED JULY 2023 brbrYou will surely enjoy our home and all the amenities here and also those The Reserve has to offer including a clubhouse with 2 pools, hot tub, splash pad, exercise room, tennis courts, Pickle Ball court, and Basketball. You will also have access to The Reserve’s private beach (The beach size and access can vary, depending on the Lake water level). There is also a playground near the entrance of The Reserve. The Reserve is also near our other favorite place on the lake, North Beach. North Beach offers boat, jet ski, paddle board and other lake activity rentals (just East of the Public, North Beach entrance). brbrOur expansive 8400 sq. ft home with Sonos sound system throughout and 6 bedrooms with King Beds (3 also have bunk beds) , and 2 large bunk rooms that sleep 20 each in queen/over queen bunks, office w/sofa sleeper, provides a bed for everyone! Whether you’re inside or out, with our massive windows and glass doors and 2000 sq ft. of outside deck and patio, you feel and see the Lake almost wherever you are in the home! Need to work a little while having fun We do too! That’s why you will find a personal Office right off the Kitchen & Great room, furnished with a sit to stand desk and 300 meg WiFi. The office has a queen sofa-sleeper, barn doors for privacy and a large window overlooking the Lake. brbrWhen you’re done for the day enjoying the Lake and area activities like swimming, paddle boarding, jet skiing, boating, hiking, sightseeing or riding the many ATV trails right from The Reserve or perhaps Winter Snow activities like sledding, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or skiing/snowboarding at Beaver Mtn. Resort, feel free to ask us for local rental recommendation for outdoor equipment. When you come home to relax, you will enjoy the FUN on the inside of our Lake Haven. Play pool, Air hockey, Ping Pong, shuffleboard, foosball, oodles of board games/cards, or settle into one of our 3 Gathering areas with plenty of comfortable seating and put on your favorite movie or curl up with a book and your favorite music playing throughout the house through the Sonos Sound System. Or perhaps it’s just time to soak in the Hot Tub or the Master/Main Standing tub for some quiet time and rest from your day of adventuring! Among the features the The Reserve offers are: a clubhouse with Foosball, two outdoor pools, outdoor hot tub, splash pad, and a fitness center. There is also a sports court near the clubhouse with basketball and pickleball/tennis courts, and also a Frisbee golf course and a playground in The Reserve. Also included is access to a section of private beach on Bear Lake. The property boasts direct access right from the home to snow mobile and ATV trails. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is nearby featuring world class skiing.brbrFree parking is available on our property for 12-15 cars. The Reserve also has parking at the entrance for boats and trailers. ATVs can take trails from the property.br-No Pets of any kind. Due to our family’s severe allergies and asthma, we cannot allow pets. br-No Smoking, Vaping or marijuana/drugs on the house’s premises. br-Quiet Hours 10pm-8ambr-Absolutely NO open invite parties/alcoholic parties or drug use! br* Fines from parties will range from $500-$3,000 to cover extra cleaning and penalties, plus additional cost to repair or replace anything damaged. br-Please ask before booking for college groups, fraternities/sororities & summer sales groups.
