Stayed May 24, 2025The house was amazing and very spacious! Ashlyn, is who I was communicating with, and she responded within a day or less about the questions I had. She was great! The home is new and it met all our needs and more. Our family meets up at Bear Lake every Memorial Day weekend and we love to stay on the Idaho side of Bear lake. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, extra 2 fridges/freezers in the garage, plenty of towels and beach towels. Foozball & ping pong table down stairs. The room with a hundred bunk beds (how the kids worded it) was the family favorite. We had 9 adults and 10 children staying in the home and there was plenty of room for all. My only downside to the place was the hot water ran out really fast for a big group like ours. We just rotated on the showers so my family didn't make a big fuss about it. I would recommend installing a tankless water heater. Other than that, the place was wonderful, I would definitely

Stayed Jun 27, 2024Really lovely property in the Reserve. The kids loved the bunk room and the parents loved being on a different floor than them! One recommendation would be to add a second water heater or a tankless water heater. We had 15 people staying at the property, we all got back from the lake and needed to shower for a show that night, but only 4 people got hot water till it ran out. Definitely need to increase the hot water capacity when you have a house that can house 20+ people. Other than that, we loved the place. Would go again.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The home is new and nice. The location is great. The towels and sheets are soft and comfortable. The home has plenty of parking. There is a foosball and ping pong table. We have stayed in other homes that had more amenities such as easy ups, beach chairs etc. This would make this property more appealing to us in future stays. When we arrived it was apparent that the cleaning company could do better. There was obvious debris under the couches, in the pantry, and food crumbs in some of the bedrooms.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing! We were able to comfortably sleep 21 people, with several empty beds left. There is something for everyone in this house - toys, Barbie house & dolls, a reading nook with several book options, a game table, video games, several tv's, ping pong, foosball, etc. I feel like the owners of this house have thought of everything - the kitchen was fully stocked, the grill is clean and worked well - it honestly had everything we needed (including a pack n' play & a high chair). The club house has 2 pools, a hot tub, a tennis court, a pickleball court and a basketball court. We also went to the private beach and had the beach to ourselves. We can't wait to stay here again in the future!
