And the lay-out of the 3-level property is really functional with the common area living/dining/kitchen being on the main/middle level along with a guest master suite with two twin beds (that can be bridged together into a king bed) and full bathroom en suite (deep tub and separate glass shower) . . . the master suite being on the top level with a king bed and full bathroom en suite (deep jetted tub, glass shower, double sink vanity and walk-in closet) . . . and on the lowest entry level is the 3rd bedroom with a set of bunks (twin on top and double on the bottom) and there is a full bathroom on the hallway with a glass shower as well as the laundry closet with a full-size stack clothes washer/dryer as well as entry from the attached 2 car garage. And, each bedroom has its own brand new smart wall-mounted flat screen TV.
