Stayed Jul 21, 2022The property was very clean with a lot of extra games and equipment and things to do. We particularly enjoyed the private beach. Two of the bathrooms were extremely small, But other than that it was a very enjoyable property! We had good communication with the property owners whenever we had a question.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025We had 10 adults and 5 kiddos staying at this beautiful property for four nights!! We had a wonderful time. Check-in to Check-out was super easy with excellent communication with the host!! The living space upstairs was tight but we had plenty of table/counter space and chairs for eating our meals. The kitchen was stocked above and beyond with EVERYTHING we needed. Plenty of pantry storage space. The fridge is large and accommodated all our food for all the days. There was a second fridge in the garage for those items we didn’t need until our final day. The fire pit was so fun. The playground was close and the kids loved it. There were kayaks and a paddle board and bikes. Seriously such a fun place. The private beach was amazing. Close enough to quickly drive back to the house for anything we needed. Plenty of parking for our four vehicles plus our utility trailer. I’m just sad the price has increased considerably for next year.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We had such a great time here! The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Lots of extras, paddle boards, bikes, lawn games and even dress up costumes for the kids! The property was clean and well stocked.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024..We had the most wonderful time... The kitchen was extremely well supplied and easy to cook The beds were exceptional and one person said it was the best night sleep they had ever had and everyone commented on them. We ;picnic, boated, water surfed, swam, played video games, pickleball, grilled, and sat on the deck and just looked at the mountains and lake. FANTASTIC

Stayed Jul 28, 2024This home was a wonderful, clean, and large home to stay at for our Family Reunion. The host provided all the necessities for our vacation stay. She was available to communicate before and after our stay. There were so many extras provided by the host to help our family feel comfortable and relaxed while we stayed at this home. If I'm ever needing a place to stay at in Bear Lake I will check the availability here first before booking at any other place or location.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024House made for an enjoyable relaxing weekend. Few things....dish satellite does not work on either tv, don't know if it's the remotes or what but no one could figure it out....and bring mosquito repellant for the evenings lol....they were vicious. We had a great time! Lots of games stocked in this house. The clubhouse is nice as well.
