Amenities include access to the clubhouse with an exercise room, pools/hot tub, splash pad, grill area, playground, sport courts (tennis, basketball, and pickle-ball) and gated beach access. Over 1,300 feet of private beach to enjoy! *The beach access depends on water levels at the lake and the time of year*

Clubhouse is a 7-10 minute walk down the hill. The pools are outdoor pools, they are typically open from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. The hot tub is open year round. The clubhouse is open year round for use. If you have a large party needing to use the clubhouse you may to reserve it, especially around the holidays.

Access to Fish Haven Canyon for ATV, snowmobiling (The Sinks), hiking and mountain biking. Beaver Mountain Ski resort is only a 20 minute drive away. Two golf courses within 25 minutes! (Bear Lake Golf Course & Bear Lake West)
Bear Lake West Golf Course is only 10 minutes away.
Garden City is around 9 miles away, about a 10-15 minute drive. There you have access to some restaurants and famous Bear Lake shakes!

Central heating and air conditioning. Wireless internet access and two smart TV's, one downstairs in the great room and one upstairs in the loft area. With access to Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, YouTube, etc.

Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge, dishwasher and small appliances. Washer and Dryer.

Open great room off of the kitchen area with TV and Blu Ray player. Awesome views of Bear Lake!

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a shared bathroom

Open loft area with fold out sofa bed, TV, and Blu Ray player. 3 portable sleeping mats are available (located in bedroom closets) - sleeps 4 in this area if you use the 3 sleeping mats and 1 on the pullout sofa. Sleeping mats could be used in some of the other bedrooms as well.

Large patio area facing East with beautiful views of the lake. Outdoor Patio furniture. Turf area off of the patio to play! Large patio facing West with views of the mountains. Plenty of parking with room for trailers. Trailers for water and snow toys need to be parked on the property, not at the clubhouse please.

Fire pit area to relax and enjoy the view in the evenings and horseshoe pits on the north side of the house. There is a grill on the patio for some BBQ's in the evenings.
