What makes this property inviting is the amount of space it has to accommodate large groups of people. We welcome family reunions, retreats, sports teams, and group events. The home will sleep 13 and the outer bunkhouses will sleep up to 25. The bunk houses have beds and mattress/with mattress protectors. You will just need to bring sleeping bags or bedding. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house, and a bathhouse with 3 full bathrooms that sits near the bunkhouses. In the winter months November - March 1st the bathhouse will be winterized, but the bunkhouses have heaters that keep them nice and warm. There are A/C units for the summer time temperatures. The garage is the center for activity with a pool table, ping pong table, corn hole yard game, sound speaker and Alex, banquet tables and chairs, and extra refrigerator, dutch ovens, and camp chairs. The Lemhi River runs along the property giving full frontage access for fishing, tubing, or playing in the water. Sit on the deck in the evening watching the wildlife or relax in the hot tub gazing up at the stars. There is plenty of parking and room for trailers and ATV’s. There are 3 RV electric hook ups and water.

Up a steep set of stairs you will find the open lofted bedroom space with a queen bed, bedside tables, closet and tall chest of drawers. Fishing is allowed following state and county requirements. The unique railroad car bridge entrance provides a memorable feature to this little get away. Thanks to the adjacent farmland your views of the surrounding mountains are unobstructed from the porch and front of the cabin. Shade trees abound in the summer and your own private riverfront lawn behind the cabin is ideal for an al fresco dinner. Or stay on the upper lawn where there is a picnic table and charcoal grill ready for use.brbrGuest accessbrOnce you cross the bridge, the cabin is to the right and the entire acre of land on that side of the drive is yours to enjoy. The bridge has a turn before entering and is only 8.5 feet wide, so unfortunately trailers and RV's/5th Wheels will not fit across the bridge. There are mowed lawns on two sides of the cabin and natural landscaping on the remaining space. You will have access to the entire private cabin during your stay. Friendly dogs are welcome to roam off leash while staying.
