One of the sites within 500ft/walking distance of unit, the other within 1 mile if wanting something different. Typical summer season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day for amenities. Winter season is typically based on the ski hill being open which is sometime after Thanksgiving up until the end of March. Ask for more details.
