The back of the property borders a school, so expect some daytime noise on weekdays during the school year. brbrSherman Avenue, with its restaurants, coffee roasters, breweries, and shops, is about half a mile down the road. Lake Coeur d'Alene and City Beach are a short drive from the front door, and Tubbs Hill, with its lakeshore loop trail, is just beyond.brbrWhen you do feel like driving, you're well placed for the rest of the region. Silverwood Theme Park is about twenty-five minutes north, Post Falls is twenty minutes west, and Spokane is around forty minutes west. The interstate is a five-minute drive, so day trips to anywhere in North Idaho or the Spokane Valley are easy.brbrGuests have full access to the entire home, the fenced backyard with hot tub, and all the parking out front. A few notes:brbr• There is a patch of grass that has been seeded in the back yard and is still growing in - please do not walk on this section of grass for now. brbr• The garage is off limits for guests and is reserved for storage and maintenance supplies. brbr• Parking is generous. The driveway is oversized with plenty of room for multiple vehicles, including a boat or an RV, and there is street parking right out front. Bring whatever you want to bring.brbr• A supply closet off the upstairs kitchen is reserved for supply storage and is locked. Everything you need for your stay is already set up inside the house.brbr• The backyard is fully fenced, which gives kids and pets room to roam without anyone wandering off. Please supervise children near the hot tub at all times.brbr• The fence at the back of the yard borders a school. During the school year, you may hear kids playing outside during the day on weekdays. Evenings, weekends, and summer stays are quiet.brbr• Check-in is contactless via a smart lock on the front door. The code is sent the day of arrival.brbrThe home is a 1,700 sq ft two-story bungalow with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, sleeping up to eight. The layout flows easily from the living room into a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a real meal, including dishwasher, full-size fridge, oven and stove, microwave, coffee bar, and a dining table that seats the group.brbrThree bedrooms sleep the core of the group: a king upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs with one queen and twin, and two twins respectively. Upstairs there is also a bonus room with a closet, TV, and sofa, great for a solo traveler or a child who wants their own space. A pack n' play and high chair are on hand for families traveling with little ones.brbrEveryday essentials are stocked: in-unit washer and dryer, hangers, hair dryer, iron, towels and linens, and a TV in the living room. Every bedroom has closet and storage space so everyone can actually unpack.brbrOut back, the fully fenced yard gives kids and dogs a safe space to roam, with the hot tub and outdoor seating right off the back door. Just outside the kitchen door, a BBQ grill with utensils is set up for easy outdoor cooking.brbrA beach kit is kept downstairs and is yours to borrow for trips to the lake. Out front, the driveway is oversized with room for multiple vehicles, including a boat or RV, plus street parking right out front. Parking will not be a problem.brbrA personal vehicle is recommended for this property. Uber and Lyft are available in the greater Coeur d'Alene area. Downtown Coeur d'Alene and the lake are walkable from the front door.
