Also 1 futon, 9 couches, and lots of floor space. There are 9 foldable 3-4 thick sleeping pads for floor sleeping. Easy access to Fish Haven Canyon & Bear Lake for outdoor adventures! Plenty of room to host large gatherings with large kitchen & dining seating 40+ people. Private, indoor heated pool (12.5'x14'x3') set at 85 degrees. A large landscaped yard/playground/patio for outdoor entertainment! High speed WiFi.

The home was great for our family--lots of places for small groups to hang out separately from others and good locations for the whole group to be together.We appreciated the wide variety of activities available: swimming pool, pool table, TVs, pickleball, basketball, etc.The view of Bear Lake was spectacular!All in all, a great place for a large family gathering.
