All three levels have their own bedroom and full bath, as well as additional living space. The top floor has a loft and game room, complete with arcade games, a multigame table, board games, puzzles, books and more. The main floor has a cozy living room, a dining area and a full kitchen and coffee bar. This main floor has a three-sided wrap around porch, which affords guest to enjoy a tranquil and quiet mountain view, an early morning sunrise, and even a beautiful sunset later in the day. Wildlife is abundant in our neighborhood. Don't be surprised to see deer, foxes, and maybe even a bear (don't approach them, but the sighting is nice). The basement level has a separate entrance from the front of the house, as well as stairs from the main floor inside. Parking is available in the front, allowing visitors to come in on the bottom floor. Downstairs, in addition to the bedroom and full bathroom, you have a secondary kitchen, living room area with a trundle bed and a walk in laundry room complete with washer and dryer. brbrEach bedroom and both living rooms have a smart tv. The Wifi connection is enhanced with a mesh system.
