Cute place with private deck on scenic creek. Short walk to restaurants/shops. Only recommendation would be to replace carpet, pet smell. Enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect condo! It had all of the things we needed to whip up a quick meal in the kitchen- (even had a grill out bank with a nice patio overlooking the river.). It was clean, comfortable, and affordable! Everything in Helen was walkable- shops, restaurants! Just a short drive to visit Anna Ruby Falls!

The condo was spacious and close to the heart of Helen! Would stay again, the back deck is large and peaceful next to the creek.

A little older but so spacious in size and perfectly located in town. Overlooking a gorgeous river, perfect parking spot, excellent sized shower. We would stay here again if we were to revisit!

We loved our stay. The spot was great. We could walk or drive to the shops. It’s so nice having the back porch on the water. We can’t wait to go back

What a wonderful little place! Perfect location. Close to everything but not on Main Street where the crowds are. If you’re in the kitchen, you can see out to see what’s going on in Helen, but if you’re in the main living area you think you’re all by yourself looking at the little river. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

The online listing was spot on from the interior of the room to the views from the deck. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. Very walkable to the cute town which had various shops and eating establishments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice layout, with kitchen and dining table in front, beds and living area toward the back, and the best back deck overlooking the River you could want. Beautiful view.

Location was perfect. I enjoyed the riverfront deck and walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Helen. Room size was large and perfect for my small family of three.

We loved our time in Helen celebrating the 4th of July. The property is spacious, clean and easy check in. Great location with river access. This place has all the items you need to grill a delicious dinner with your purchases from Betty's Country Store. We loved being able to walk to everything in town but also just stepping out the backdoor to enjoy the river.

This little inn was amazing. Literally right on the river. Perfect place for a family or party of two. Loved the private deck looking over the river. Great location within walking distance to everything.

Perfect start to each morning. A cup of coffee in hand, listening to the peaceful sound of the river while the geese do their morning flyover. Perfect spot for walking to restaurants, shops, and fun activities. We only stayed for three days but we fulfilled them all and came home worn out. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay was fantastic. The rental was outstanding. I would recommend this to family and friends. I will check here for my next stay in Helen.

My family and I used this accomodation for 2 nights, it is close to town so we could walk every where, but not smack dab in the middle of town to have to deal with the traffic, of which there was A LOT over memorial weekend. The apartment was clean, in good condition and all appliances worked without issue. It is right next to the rives so is a great place for the kids to play in the water while adults can sit on the patio and watch. We had a really great stay and will deffinately return.

Just a little get away to spend some time together in one of our favorite little towns. This place was reasonably priced and close enough to walk everywhere, besides the weather is great here this time of year !

Cozy condo! Great location! Great weekend! Very easy to check in and walking distance to everything. We are already planning on coming back next year. I also want to mention there was a glitch on the VRBO and it booked the wrong days but they kindly fixed for us and checked on us during our stay.

My husband and two grandchildren enjoyed our stay in the Safari Unit! The decor was beautiful, the beds were cozy, the large balcony was great for viewing the river and for having family meals. The high-end washer and dryer was such a nice bonus! The a/c kept us nice and cool even on the hottest days. The kitchen was very modern and had everything we needed. The unit was very spacious. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to go back!

This place was everything we were looking for. The host stayed in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. The location was perfect! It is on the river & a short walk to town. I loved the deck. We could watch the tubers float by. The beds were comfortable. The place is clean and cozy. We will definitely be back.
