This home is PERFECT for a family / group trip. The private bathrooms, proximity to the water and the town, there wasnt much to complain about ! The detergent used to wash the sheets / blankets is strong, and can be smelled immediately in every room, so if youre sensitive skinned maybe bring your own blankets. Smelled fresh and clean, just irritated my skin. Even in saying that though, we 100% still plan to be back !

This is a Great Place to Stay. It is quite and beautiful. You are close to all activities and restaurants. You can walk to hiking trails. There is plenty of room in the condo. Enjoyed our visit and we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Way Down Yonder. Location was great.

Cabin was all as advertised, Kitchen, Living room and common areas were well supplied, all bedrooms had their own EnSuite bathroom, plus a guest bathroom. Cabin is within walking distance of town, but far enough from the bustle to still hear the river flow. We will be staying again once the town approved the AVF car show next year.

Cabin was not as clean as I thought it should be, especially the floors, and outdoor space. Fire Pit off master did not work, but otherwise it was spacious and great for our stay

Nice clean property in a good location.

We loved the property and we were able to go to everything right there in neighborhood. Horseback riding was a short distance down road. The property description was on point and our neighbors were friendly.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home! Every room is comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect with a beautiful view. The holiday decorations were a very special, appreciated touch. So much fun!

Condo is well located, an easy walk into town. Nice layout with two decks over looking the river. We’ve stayed three times but this time it seemed a little rough looking. Sofa was ripped, very few towels and the beds , especially the master was very lumpy and soft. Maybe it’s time to upgrade them. Having said that, we had a good time. But, will check on the bed situation before booking next year.

Perfect place for 3 couples! Everyone had their own space. Very accommodating.

This townhouse was perfect for our long weekend getaway. We wanted to stay close to downtown Helen and Oktoberfest but not directly in town. Perfect location if that’s what you desire, about a 20 minute walk to the edge of town. The house was clean and perfect size for 6 people (3.couples).

Loved the house. Close to town. Decks were perfect on the creek.

Way Down Yonder did not disappoint! Very clean & well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others & would stay there again.

I was great and location on the river was a big plus

We really enjoyed our stay in the townhouse! It was overall clean, location and parking was great. Would have appreciated more hand towels in the bathrooms and more kitchen towels. The grill wasn’t clean enough for us to use. The views, balconies, and location was amazing, would stay again

Blue Creek Cabins, A way Down Yonder, was a great place to stay. Everything we needed was provided. Great views of the river and enjoyed sitting on the patio. It was close to all eating places and activities. We walked to alot of the places. It was very clean and big for our whole family. The host were very friendly and helpful when we had any questions. We will definitely be back to stay. Thanks for a fantastic trip.
