There is always plenty of room since there are only 58 units in Mariner East, and these are among the widest and largest one bedroom units on Panama City Beach—no crowding at the pool, on the beach, or at the elevator. Common areas have recently been refreshed and repainted, and the building has just undergone a total exterior renovation including walkways and the pool area. Being right on the beach, it is easy to run back up for something you might have forgotten or to grab a bite to eat. Should you decide to dine in, all of your food preparation items are provided. We have a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, 2 large flat screen tv’s, dining area for up to 4 guest, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and tile flooring throughout. The living room tv is a smart tv. The kitchen is equipped with blender, traditional coffeemaker, toaster, and other necessities for cooking. This condo was designed for coastal living, relaxation, and comfort. The most important aspect of this condo is the VIEW. Our unit has wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area to the bedroom. Out of the sliding glass doors of either room you will find an oversize balcony where you can sit and enjoy the world’s most beautiful beaches and watch the dolphins and other wildlife. We have 2 chairs with a table and ceiling fan on the balcony.
