Fake plants need to be removed. Cleaned. Loved the layout and location. Enjoyed beach chairs.

It is always nice to look out and see the beautiful beach! We also enjoy being able to bypass the elevator and use the stairs being on the third floor. The kids enjoy the bunk beds and the beach. All in all, a good week!

Let me just say that this was my favorite condo we ever rented in PCB! We have stayed at the Splash Resort times before, but this was the best! If you are worried about the carpet? Don't be! We found this to be the cleanest condo we ever rented before! Not to mention, there is vacuum incase of any accidents! My husband and I are 39, we have a 14 & 11 year old boys, as well as our just turned 3 year old daughter, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo!The owner is very attentive & helpful, so kind, amd answered all my questions well before the trip anytime I had them!We will definitely be back if Mrs. Vicki will have us again! We already are missing the water, missing the sand, can not wait to be back!I would stay here 1000x over again!

the ac in closet made it difficult to sleep in bunk beds bc of a screeching noise. i was u aboe to find clean bedding for sofa pull out. the sliding door off living room lock was broken. with smaller kids would have loved for it to lock.

We loved our stay. We had a nice large balcony, easy access to the pool, splash pad, and beach.

Overall stay was great. Seemed like the air conditioning in this unit never was able to catch up but other than that we have no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay. Being on the 3rd floor was super convenient and the condo was very beautiful. Only thing was the air not working AT ALL. We all slept with balcony doors open just to have some air moving, but the temp outside was as hot as it was inside. The fans in the bathrooms only blew hot air.

Our whole family had a great time! It is a really nice property, lots to do! Plenty of restaurants and stores close enough for a short drive.

Loved everything but the elevators were so busy we had to use stairs almost every single time

The condo was great. The facility needs cleaning attention. Trying to get an elevator is insane.

We finished off our family vacation by seeing a family member in Panama City Beach and this was the best location. The kids had a great time. We had a great time. The home was perfect

Meets expectations. One comment is the unit above us was occupied by disruptive and inconsiderate guests.

We stayed in Vycki’s unit with our 6 year old granddaughter for the 2 weeks of her Spring Break. The condo is exactly as pictured on the site. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the bright cheerful color scheme as it is the perfect choice for a kid centered vacation. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the resort itself was exactly what we had hoped for. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided for our stay and the kind assistance of the staff in adjusting the umbrellas. Without exception I would recommend a stay at Splash! and we look forward to a return stay with Vycki.

Far enough down the strip away from all the extra stuff going on but close enough to still be enjoyable. We will be back.

Not trying to be negative. Nice but carpet was very smelly. Overall nice condo. Just needs updated.

We had a great time in PCB and loved the condo at Splash!! It was so nice and big - we will be back!!

We had a great time at Splash. Condo was fantastic and so much space for all of us and all ages from 5-47. Beach was amazing but then during the storms kids could play at splash water park and adults could sit poolside and enjoy The bar and grille. Kitchen was well equipped and used the full fridge to its fullest on the hot days. Can’t wait to come back next year.

This 3rd floor corner unit is ideal. On busy elevator days, we were able to walk the stairs even with the kiddos. Check in was seamless and owner was easy to contact. It was comfortable and relatively clean. Just FYI: the bunk beds are next to the washer/dryer and air unit, so for light sleepers it is a bit noisy. We really enjoyed our stay at Splash and would recommend this unit!

The place was as advertised, very clean, lots of room, and a great balcony. We were very happy with our stay.

This is one of those deals where you don't want to leave a review because you want to keep this secret to yourself, haha! This condo is by far the best my family and I have ever vacationed in. I can't brag enough to give this place justice! We will be back!!

Our family had a great time this week at Splash Resort. The condo was clean and comfortable. Even though we brought some kitchen cookware in case we needed them, the condo had everything. Only one small complaint. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. 6 adults for 6 days, not enough so we bought a couple rolls. Will definitely book again.

Room was absolutely great! Ms. Vicki was wonderful to work with. Only complaint was chair rentals being put up at 2 each day and items being thrown in sand at 15 til 5.

Loved the decor, space, nice big balcony , condo had everything we needed, great amenities, we had a great time!
